All orders have a track code that will be
sent to your email and you can do the tracking in our section "Track your
order". In some cases it is not possible to provide a track code because
depending on each country we use different shipping companies that do not offer
the track code (this rarely happens), however, when the product is processed we
will send you an email notifying you.
If you enter the tracking number and then
appears a message saying "Tracking number not found" or
"currently not available" don´t worry, some shipping companies take
2-5 days to update the information in the system. If your order was placed more
than 6-7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking
number, please feel free to contact us.
