SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days to process your orders. From the moment your receive the tracking for your order, the estimated delivery times are:
- It will take approximately 15 - 60 business days for delivery in the United States.
- And 20 - 65 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Due to COVID-19 delivery may take a few days longer than expected.
All orders have a track code that will be sent to your email and you can do the tracking in our section "Track your order". In some cases it is not possible to provide a track code because depending on each country we use different shipping companies that do not offer the track code (this rarely happens), however, when the product is processed we will send you an email notifying you.
My tracking says “Tracking number not found"
If you enter the tracking number and then appears a message saying "Tracking number not found" or "currently not available" don´t worry, some shipping companies take 2-5 days to update the information in the system. If your order was placed more than 6-7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please feel free to contact us.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your esponsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
